What Albasoft is
Albasoft is a browser-based workspace for aerodynamic and hydrodynamic flow analysis. You bring a 3D model, describe the physical situation it sits in, and get a calculated flow field, integrated forces, and a report you can hand to someone else. Nothing needs to be installed.
It is built for the early part of engineering work: trying a shape, comparing two setups, checking whether a case has been defined sensibly, and producing a documented result.
Plans
Free covers the complete workspace: model import, aero and hydro cases, the built-in solver, CFD import, saved projects, and PDF reports. It is available to everyone with an account.
Pro adds early access to preuploaded versions, preview builds, and a say in upcoming updates. More Pro tools will be added over time.
Account and security
An account keeps your models, cases, and results. Email addresses are verified with a six-digit code, and two-factor authentication can be switched on once an address is confirmed.
Changing the email address on an account requires your password, and the previous address is notified whenever a change is requested.
Verification and two-factor emails are sent from verification@albasoft.ch.
